This is the machine I've been on for over a year now.
Here's what it looked like when I found it on Craigslist:
I had to build a back wheel for it because it needed a new freewheel and I had a hub, but didn't want to lace it into the old rim.

Were the valve caps repurposed from an ARN-86?
